Application Entry Deadline is April 6, 2012!
Concord, NH (March 19, 2012) – The Better Business Bureau of New Hampshire will be holding the 12th Annual Torch Awards Ceremony to honor and recognize companies promoting trust and ethical business practices in the state of New Hampshire.
“The purpose of the Torch Awards is to recognize businesses that are committed to maintaining the highest level of ethical conduct and service to their customers, employees, suppliers and communities,” said Robert Shomphe, President/CEO of New Hampshire BBB. “I encourage all exceptional businesses who feel they qualify for this prestigious award to submit an entry to the BBB to be reviewed by an independent panel of judges.”
Finalists from each of the business categories (small, medium and large) will be chosen and the winners from will be presented at the Torch Awards Luncheon Ceremony. Nominees must complete the Torch Award Application by April 6, 2012. Anyone is eligible to nominate a business for an award, including the business itself. Companies do not need to be accredited with the BBB to apply for a Torch Award; however applicants must be located in the state of New Hampshire and in good standing with the BBB. Non-profit organizations or businesses whose primary markets are local, state, or federal governments are not eligible.
The 2012 Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics luncheon will take place at noon on Tuesday, May 8th, 2012 at the Radisson Hotel in downtown Manchester, NH.
